Those are attributes Chris brings to his role as Operations Manager. With 14 years of experience in the fulfillment industry, Chris knows fulfillment is the “last line of defense” for each project. By the time a project reaches the fulfillment stage, the team is usually under the gun to get the work out, so they need to be able to do it quickly and precisely.
Chris enjoys working at SMS because “from day 1, it has been a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, driven and is a team player.” Chris’ get-the-job-done mentality ensures that every project is done right and is delivered on time.
Coached 7- to 8-year-old flag football in college; coached high school baseball; loves spending time with kids Jeffrey and daughter Caitlyn; enjoys fishing, golfing, playing 16” softball, watching pretty much any sporting event; huge Chicago Cubs, Bears Bulls and Blackhawks fan.
