Joe's ready to come see you.
As National Account Executive, Joe's job is staying close to existing SMS clients and finding new ones-wherever they are, whenever they need us. So he keeps his bags packed.
A quarter-century in the display business has taught Joe the importance of staying close to clients- especially if you want to get the details right. From putting precisely the right number of screws in the bag to positioning the product graphic in the absolute best spot.
Which means Joe feels right at home at SMS, where frankly, we're a little obsessive about details and serving clients right.
"What's unique about SMS is the level of caring here, " he says. "People aren't afraid to stay late or go the extra mile if that's what it takes to get a shipment out correctly. The level of dedication is very high."
Joe coached 8th grade football for 12 years. Recently, his oldest son served 18 months in Iraq with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
He's the only member of his family who's not either in college or headed there soon; model railroading enthusiast; makes furniture in his spare time; is immensely proud of his family; never met a train he didn't like.
