As office coordinator, Sandi is the first person that clients come in contact with, whether it is face-to-face or over the phone. It’s her job to set the tone, so the fact that Sandi is friendly, naturally calm and upbeat adds a positive note to everyone’s day. In fact, Sandi looks forward to the challenges each day has in store; she’s a vital part of the SMS team and her goal is to help in any way she can. That attitude spills over into her personal life as well where, she says, “You never know how your positive attitude could impact someone else’s day.”
